I want to commend you both on the bus trip you organized to our facilities this week.  I listened to a bit of Steve Frank's performance and the response of the audience was all I needed to hear to know that the day was a big success.  Tom Hazleton gave me a glowing account of the day and I also looked through a copy of the program you gave the audience.  It was attractive and well-organized. I know that it takes a lot of work to organize an event like this. Congratulations on a job well done! We're glad to have been the host and trust you'll be rewarded for your efforts by future sales.
