Dear Mr. Wyatt:

This is just a short note.

A friend of mine in Chicago...has been in touch with you via
email, and he tells me that you are the same Bob Wyatt who plays on the LP
record of many years ago, "The Happy Organ of Bob Wyatt," on Roulette and
Forum (I have the Forum pressing).

I would like to say that that album has been one of the jewels in my
still-very-large LP record collection ever since I received it as a
Christmas present when I was a boy.  It is utterly unique - there is no other
organ album I have ever heard like it.  The musicianship and imagination are
truly of the first order.  I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed
the album over the years.

Is it true that the organ on the recording is the NY Paramount 4/36
Wurlitzer in the last recording of the organ ever made in its original
setting?  [Yes. ed.]
